Good morning po Sir Jj. This is Sofia Tegui-in, one of the participants of the previous IT Congress in PU. im 4th year BSIT at Eastern luzon Colleges, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya. Im interested about the o\topic you’ve discussed regarding Legal Aspects of ePublishing. i was actually about to ask some questions before but no more time. Kaya sabi ko baka pwede pong mg-email na lang.
we are having our thesis now, its an Online Enrollment System for our school (5 years old pa lng 
). Ngayon medyo nag-aalangan po kami kung paano yong documentation para ma-legalize sya. we were taught by our teachers before in our subject in Computer Ethics na hindi basta-basta ang pagkuha ng info… there’s protocol. And so during the congress you’ve point it out. Sir can you give us guidance on legalizing the proposed system… the rights.
i really feel kulang na kulang yong Chapter one at two namin which is the Introduction, background of the study, the rules… supporting info ng study (ang role ng school (or perhaps even the community or gevernment?). those ones.
proposed pa lang po yong thesis… pero incase n ma-implement ngay.

According to a press release by the Supreme Court, 31.61% of law graduates who took the Bar Exams in September 2004 have passed the bar. If I’m not mistaken, this has been the highest passing average in years. Strangely enough, the announcement of the release was made but the list of examinees won’t be posted until 6pm tonight. This can only mean that the examinees will spend most of today on their knees praying, biting whatever nails they have left, or pulling their hair as their agony comes to an end. It’s not pleasant, believe me. But the high passing average is encouraging.
